Whether you want to sail for the day, improve your skills, go kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, or get your kids involved with sailing, the Costa Rica Sailing Center has what you're looking for. And if you just want to sit on the beach, we've got a great spot for that as well.
In terms of sailing, our focus is on is firmly on fun, safety, and seamanship. We are experts at getting you out sailing (or paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.) and back again safely. All of our instructors are certified in CPR and First Aid. Whether you're looking to have an amazing experience on the water, improve your skills or learn a new one, we can help.
Owners Jeff Herrman and Justin McCarter are friends who first sailed to Costa Rica in 1994 from San Francisco, CA. Their goal is to share their love of the sport and the skills they've developed over 30 years of sailing.
SAILING LESSONS
INTRO TO SAILING: Get out on the water today! If you've never sailed before and want to give it a try, or if you have kids or family who want to take a ride with a captain, this is a great option.
Sit back and enjoy the hour-long ride, or take the helm and get a basic lesson. It's up to you.
Club Membership
Club Membership provides great perks and gives you a beautiful place to hang out at the beach and feel right at home. We designed it for folks who live here, but we've got great deals if you're only in town for a short time as well.
