Prices vary widely from region to region and town to town. Property values near the beach have risen steadily over the past few years, and Potrero is no exception. Several new condo developments have opened up on the beach and in the Surfside community and a few others have started pre-selling. There are also many individual homes for sale within the community of Surfside and up on Pacific Heights.

There are still deals to be had if you're looking for property in an established community, close to the airport and on or within walking distance to the beach. Electricity and water hookups are available in most, if not all development projects listed here and should be a prerequisite to any purchase.
